Alex joins Mercy Dental Group as our HR Generalist, bringing over 12 years of experience in human resources. She was drawn to Mercy’s strong focus on patient care and community impact, and is excited to return to the hands-on side of HR—supporting employees, partnering with leaders, and helping solve challenges.

A graduate of Edgewood College with a degree in Communication, Alex discovered her passion for HR early in her career and has worked across a variety of roles in the Madison area. Known for being approachable, fair, and honest, she is committed to creating an environment where team members feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny, and their two kids, Paisley and Jennings. She’s a big Packers and Badgers fan and loves anything involving warm weather, grilling, or being on the water.
